The Office of Human Resources provides a comprehensive human resources management program for Oregon State University Employees located in 40 locations throughout the state.
Effective June 20, 2014, administration of student jobs at OSU will transfer to the OSU Office of Human Resources. Until the transition to the Office of Human Resources’ recruiting software can be completed, student positions at OSU (including work study) will remain on the current Symplicity system (Beaver JobNet) and will be renamed to Student Jobs @ OSU. If you have applied for any jobs at OSU and/or have resumes on file, those records will remain in the system. A full transition to the Office of Human Resources recruiting software is expected to be completed by late fall 2014. The Office of Human Resources has implemented a new program, HR Advocate, effective May 20, 2014. HR Advocate will allow us to better assist employees, managers/supervisors and departments by processing and tracking requests in one central location for Accident/Injury Reporting and Mandatory Reporting Incident. Requests and/or incident reports will be submitted online using the Public Incident Reporting form. Please begin using this online form for the above items as of May 20, 2014.
