Classified: Minimum qualifications as established in the position classification specifications.
Unclassified: Minimum qualifications and/or standard as established according to the Academic Appointment Guidelines. Utilize these minimum qualifications to assist you in writing the specific Minimum/Required Qualifications.
Academic wage or temporary staffpositions: this field is hard-coded to say “Varies” as the minimum qualifications are based on a job group rather than a specific position title. The defined qualifications will need to be identified in the Minimum/Required Qualifications field.
Note: Applications will be screened based on the Minimum/Required Qualifications and the Preferred Qualifications as the Minimum Qualifications field is not visible to applicants or the search committee / guest users. For Classified positions, your business center will copy the Minimum Qualifications to the Minimum/Required Qualifications field when creating the posting.
