We typically think of customer service in association with the private sector and not so much in a university setting.  Nevertheless, the principles of customer service are very important in our work, and the practices can be vital tools that facilitate our on-the-job success. In this session, we will explore just who the customer is.  And, we will practice the skill of "delighting the customer."
