Clery Compliance

Notice of Availability:

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, Oregon State University publishes an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report covering each university campus location. The report includes important information about safety protocols, a wide range of current security policies, fire safety practices, helpful university and local resources, and crime prevention programs, as well as crime and fire statistics for the previous three calendar years. A paper copy of the report can be requested for no charge by emailing Clery.Comp‌[email protected].

Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse

Employees of Oregon higher education institutions are by law considered subject mandatory reporters of child abuse and neglect.

Incident Reporting

HR Advocate will allow us to better assist employees, managers/supervisors and departments by processing and tracking requests in one central location for Accident/Injury Reporting and Mandatory Reporting Incident. Requests and/or incident reports will be submitted online using the Public Incident Reporting form.

Worker's Compensation

Workers’ Compensation Insurance provides benefits for workers who are injured or suffer an occupational disease as a result of their work. Oregon State University is insured by SAIF Corporation for Workers' Compensation.
