Positions in this job profile are responsible for supervising the business center human resources operational and strategic management functions. They serves as a consultant to administrators and management and provides guidance and advice in human resource functions, practices, processes and staffing in order to provide timely and effective services. They are responsible for providing supervision and guidance to the HR staff in the Business Center.
