A: You can search for on campus student jobs by visiting https://jobs.oregonstate.edu and selecting the orange quicklink called “Student Employee”
A: When you see a student position you are interested in, carefully read through the posting including the “Special Instructions to Applicants” section for instructions on how to apply. If the position is accepting online applications, select the link at the top or bottom of the page that says “Apply for this Posting”. If the position is not accepting online applications, follow the instructions as indicated in the “Special Instructions to Applicants” section. NOTE: All student positions with a posting date of 08/15/17 and beyond, should be accepting online applications via the online recruiting system.
A: Since you have already submitted the resume, you will be unable to make changes to that resume. You will need to email the contact person listed in the “Special Instructions to Applicants” section of the posting to see if they will accept an email copy of your resume. If the position is still posted, you may email email@example.com and request that your application be reactivated so you may make the change directly.
A: Yes, there are a number of different jobs on-campus and include both Non-Federal Work-Study and Federal Work-Study opportunities. The job posting will indicate if the job is open to ALL eligible students or only open to students qualifying for the Federal Work-Study program.
A: You are limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week or .49 FTE based on your enrollment status and the number of credit hours you are taking. The 20 hour maximum applies to the following eligible students:

A: The number of hours you may work depends on your enrollment status and the number of credit hours you are taking during the summer.
A: Students who have received their baccalaureate degrees at the end of Spring term and who plan to enter graduate school the subsequent Fall term, may be employed as student employees during the following Summer Session if they have been officially admitted to the Graduate School. Otherwise, they are not eligible to work in a student position during the summer.
A: Students can hold more than one student position, however the combined hours per week of all on-campus jobs cannot exceed 20 hours per week during the academic year.
