Problems are a part of work and life. Broadly speaking, committees, work groups, initiatives, task forces and the like are formed to resolve issues, create something with the goal to improve an effort, or act on an opportunity. These efforts are important to moving business forward. In the process, problems will arise that require an empowering perspective. Specifically, we’ll illustrate how simple agreements or processes can be used to enhance team or group effectiveness.
