  • Hiring supervisor or designee
    • Initiate hire process/request
    • Identify student(s) to be hired
  • Department liaison
    • Verify position duties
    • Validate start and end dates, position number, org code, pay, etc.
  • HR Student Employment Team
    • Validate eligibility of candidate
    • Verify position duties
    • Validate start and end dates, position number, org code, pay, etc.
    • Validate I-9 and upload copies of documents
  • Employee and Labor Relations
    • Extensive Reference Check
  • Employment Services
    • CHC/MVHC
  • Central Payroll
    • Process W-4s, NRATs
    • Final verification of pay details

 

Benny Hire Dashboards

  • Hiring supervisor or designee dashboard
    • View of all appointments they have initiated, the stage each appointment is in, and how many days it has been in that stage
    • Access to New Appointment Request Form, and ability to edit all requests that have not yet been submitted for processing
  • Department liaison dashboard based on appointment unit
    • View of all appointments awaiting HR action
    • View of all appointments in process with the stage appointment is in, and how many days it has been in that stage
    • Ability to edit entire appointment record
  • HR Student Employment Team
    • View of all appointments awaiting HR action
    • View of all appointments in process with the stage appointment is in, and how many days it has been in that stage
    • Ability to edit entire appointment record
  • Employee and Labor Relations dashboard
