Setting Goals –
At the beginning of the evaluation period, the employee is required to log into EvalS and enter their performance goals, which will be submitted and then approved by the supervisor.
NOTE: Some business units have specific requirements for the goals to be entered.

When setting goals, you will match each goal with one or more of the performance criteria. You are required to enter at least one goal. Each goal must be matched with one or more performance criteria.
