Jennifer has been with the business center since 2010 and the university since 2007.  Jennifer began her human resources career over 15 years ago while serving as the assistant manager of a federal credit union.  She has held various human resource leadership positions in manufacturing, sales and construction environments.  Jennifer has extensive experience with recruitment, onboarding, retention, training, mentoring and coaching.  She particularly enjoys establishing partnerships with key stakeholders to develop support strategies unique to that stakeholder and participating in goal setting to achieve “big picture” results.

Jennifer received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2009 and her SHRM-CP certification in 2015. She was the recipient of the Oregon State University Lewis Leadership Award in 2008. She is the past Diversity Chair of the Mid-Willamette Human Resources Associate board of directors.
