OSU Resources
OSU has a variety of different types of connection groups you can join. Commissions have advocacy and reporting structures built in. Affinity groups typically also do advocacy work as well as serve as social connections, and social groups usually do not have advocacy or institutional reporting requirements. Professional social groups help employees grow their professional networks and connections as well as offer professional development opportunities. All groups are open to any employee who is interested in the purpose of the group. The Belonging at OSU Brochure showcases some of the available groups and belonging resources at OSU.
Additional belonging resources include OSU's Cultural Resource Centers, community resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Training and events.
