The Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) team is comprised of the Labor Relations team, Protected Leave team, and UHR Compliance team.  ELR can provide guidance on employee and labor relations questions, questions regarding UHR policies and procedures, critical training compliance, and domestic/international flexible work arrangement agreements. The ELR office is located in the Kerr Administration Building.
