Activities & Responsibilities
UHR is the starting point* for employee and labor relations, hiring, compensation, appointment guidelines, benefits, leaves, wellness, university-wide employee training, and more. Critical functions are carried out by our teams of experts across key areas of human resources practice including Classification and Compensation, HR Information Systems, Recruitment, Employment Services, Benefits and Wellness, Compliance, Employee and Labor Relations, HR Strategic Partners, Learning and Development, HR Support Services, HR Help Center, and Student Employment. Reporting Structure
The Office of University Human Resources (UHR) operates within the Office of the Provost and reports to the Provost and Executive Vice President.
