Classified employee must complete the Recognition Bonus Verification form and submit it to your supervisor no later than January 7, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. PST and supervisors are responsible for review and verification, which are due to OSU Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) by January 21, 2022 11:59 p.m. PST.

  1. Employee enters own information, and enters supervisor name and OSU email address.
  2. Employee completes and signs Recognition Bonus Verification Form.
  3. Supervisor receives, reviews, completes, and signs form.
  4. ELR reviews and notes completed form information.
  5. Upon ELR review completion, copies of the finalized form route back to employee and supervisor.

  1. Employee downloads, completes, and signs Recognition Bonus Verification Form, then routes to supervisor.

  3. ELR reviews form and notes completed form information.

Approved Recognition Pay will be processed by Central Payroll and will accompany employees’ February 28, 2022 pay.

Classified employees who were required to work at their respective onsite work locations, and met the eligibility conditions noted in the form, are eligible for the bonus.

Classified employee required by their supervisor to report to work on campus and did work on campus, and that while working on campus they had close contact of less than six (6) feet with others outside the employee’s own household; and, that contact was routine, lasting more than fifteen (15) minutes.

Classified employee must submit the form to their supervisor by January 7, 2022 and supervisors must submit the fully completed and signed forms to Employee and Labor Relations by January 21, 2022.

  • Worked on campus between 480 hours and 1,039 hours: $1,050 bonus OR 
  • Worked on campus 1,040 hours or more: $1,500 bonus

An additional $575.00 will be paid to classified employees that meet one of the hour requirements above and are verified to have worked on campus for more than 200 hours of overtime.
