Distinguishing Characteristics
The distinguishing characteristics of the Specialist 2-Learning Tech profile are the management of programs or projects that exhibit and promote interactive, educational, learning content including design, implementation, budget, marketing and outreach efforts.
Primary Position Responsibilities
1. Oversees and provides project management for the design and production of learning technologies to support innovative technology initiatives including development of programs and projects that exhibits education or learning products that utilize digital technologies and high levels of user interaction and engagement. 2. Manages subcontractors to track and ensure project timelines, milestones and overall goals are met. 3. Develops and/or manages project or program budget. 4. Develops and manages marketing efforts to promote the program or project. 5. Collaborates and participates in outreach efforts with internal and external stakeholders to build support and expertise for program or project.

Typical Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
