Primary Position Responsibilities
1. Researches, analyzes data, and provides reports to inform decisions. 2. Manages legal information, records, documentation, and systems including indexing, tracking, storage, and maintenance. 3. Serves as the University Public Records Officer; responds to internal and external requests for information; including public records, subpoenas, and terms and conditions of contracts. 4. Prepares legal documents and correspondence for senior leadership. 5. Investigates, provides fact-finding in response to claims, and compiles investigative reports. 6. Identifies and tracks legal articles, laws, and judicial decisions for senior staff and attorneys.
