Please follow these instructions when completing and submitting a Remote Working Agreement.
A supervisor, in consultation with an employee, will determine the need to establish a Remote Working Agreement. This determination will be informed by unit leadership guidance.
If it is determined that work can be performed remotely, then the supervisor and employee complete a Remote Working Agreement.
Once the Remote Working Agreement is completed, Employee and Labor Relations will forward the completed agreement to the HR Service Center and Employee Benefits. Employee Benefits may reach out to employees to provide additional guidance and information regarding their benefits and working remotely.
The HR Service Center will update the employee’s job location in Banner and upload the Remote Working Agreement to the employee’s personnel record in OnBase.
