December-March annually *Journey into Leadershlp Includes: group and individual project work, group interaction, and presentations from different leaders.

This program is seeking self-starters who are:

  • Able to work within a non-traditional and organic learning structure.
  • Genuinely interested in exploring leadership.
  • Willing to examine oneself and grow through new insights.
  • Motivated to invest time in a self-directed project of choice.

November annually OSU Training Days 2-day conference

Training Days is a two-day employee training conference that provides 64 brief training and informational workshops.
