*Leadership Collaborative: Managers as Leaders Includes: online, classroom and on-the-job practice LC: Managers as Leaders is a skill-building course for managers and supervisors. The goal of the course is that people in management and supervisory positions will integrate leadership and management functions into seamless, graceful and effective performance that achieves institutional objectives while unleashing the potential of all OSU employees to create greatness. December-March annually *Journey into Leadershlp Includes: group and individual project work, group interaction, and presentations from different leaders.

This program is seeking self-starters who are:

  • Able to work within a non-traditional and organic learning structure.
  • Genuinely interested in exploring leadership.
  • Willing to examine oneself and grow through new insights.
  • Motivated to invest time in a self-directed project of choice.
